Vocations

The Catholic Church recognizes four holy vocations: priesthood, Religious Life, married life, and consecrated life. Over the years, the Peterstown TEC Community has been blessed with many examples of individuals living out these vocations. Three TECites — Father Michael (Kevin) O'Connor, Father Scott Potthoff, and Sister Maria Frassati (Rose) Jakupcak — are living out their vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Father O'Connor is a member of the Dominican Order of Preachers. Father Potthoff is a diocesan priest for the Diocese of Peoria. Sister Maria Frassati is a member of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist.
